Have you ever had a dream to do something or be something? Do you think that our dreams could be put in our heart by God? Using Ephesians 3:20-21 as his source text, Tristan Harris delivers a thought provoking message to encourage us that our dreams can bless the wider church as well as be the fulfilment of a longing to succeed in something we have always wanted.
Where do you draw your strength? Many people struggle through life trying to do things in their own strength! Pastor Damian reads from Ephesians 3:14-21 where it states that we are to draw our strength from God. Having that resource can only come from having a relationship with our Heavenly Father who knows what our real needs are. Today’s message centres on how we can access that great power source.
Jesus said “I am the Light.” He also referred to the church having His light. Just as the great commission message is “Go into the world” we christians are expecting to take our light into the world. Pastor Damian encourages us to do just this.
Jesus gave his disciples the Great Commission – to go into the world and make disciples. Pastor Damian uses 4 chairs to describe stages of christian growth and urges the church to step up to the next level of maturity so that we are closer to our task of making disciples.
Courtesy of the Covid 19 pandemic we have not met as a church body for 14 months. Pastor Damian starts a new series focussing on preparing for the new season when that day comes.
When Jesus told his disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit they had no idea what a life-changing and earth-shattering event it would be. In this powerful sermon, Sam Koomson recounts Acts 1 & 2 and his own experience to illustrate what a transformational encounter with the Holy Spirit can do.
The series looking at 1 Corinthians continues and today we look at Chapter 15: 35-58. The Apostle Paul had to explain in great detail why the death and resurrection were so important. Pastor Damian unpacks this dense passage which bears much fruit on how spiritual death, new life and assurance of salvation comes to the life of believers.
