When we think about prayer, we primarily focus on “talking to God” the active element. But it is just as important to “listen to God” too. Today, Lesley uses James 5:16 to drive home the importance of developing the passive element in order to improve the effectiveness of our prayers as well as increase our intimacy with God.
Life can be tough and Christians are not exempt from the highs, lows and disappointments that come along. Damian mines scripture to illustrate how, sometimes we need to dig deep, persevere and just not give up.
